Fastest path for deletion: open the app → Profile → Delete account. It removes your profile, memberships, and orphaned groups immediately — no form needed.

Prefer to reach us directly, or no longer have the app installed? Use the form below. It opens a pre-filled email in your mail app; we verify each request against the account email before acting on it, and respond within 30 days (usually much faster).

Submitting opens your email app addressed to support@allocate.example with your answers filled in — nothing is sent until you hit send, and this website stores nothing.

What each request does

Correction Most data (name, expenses, photos) you can edit in the app yourself; we fix anything you cannot. Within 30 days
Deletion Account, profile, memberships, and orphaned groups permanently removed. Expenses in groups that other people still use are anonymized rather than deleted, so their books still balance. Immediate in-app; within 30 days by email

Verification

To protect your data we only act on requests we can verify — we will reply to the account email before exporting or deleting anything. We never ask for your password.
